We will then confirm by email that the certificate holder can download the certificate.

It will take from a few hours to a maximum of 5 working days. Although exceptionally we can delay up to 30 calendar days in periods of high demand for this service. But it would be clearly indicated on our website.

If we need to correct any information on your application, we will contact you via the e-mail account you have provided on the form. If the period of 30 calendar days has elapsed without a response to the first notification you receive, it will be understood that you have given up on your application and it will be resolved without the right to a refund or any reimbursement.

Remember that, for downloading, the holder must have a personal certificate issued by the ACCV or DNIe in force. If you need it, you can obtain a free qualified citizen certificate in software support at any of our Registration Points (PRU).

Once you have downloaded the qualified Entity Representative certificate in software, you will need to install it. Use our manuals and guides.

WARNING: For your security we do not store passwords, pins or private keys of the certificates we issue. The responsibility and custody of the certificate falls exclusively on the certificate holder. In case of loss of password/PIN or certificate, a new one must be requested by paying the corresponding price.
