If you wish, you can obtain your certificate in software support by video identification and without having to travel. This is a service with an associated cost.

    Fill in and submit the web form

  • Your personal data will be printed on the card, which will be sent by courier to the address you provide. Any error in this information is your responsibility.

    Make the payment for the certificate.

    Once the application has been registered, the ACCV has up to 15 working days to attend to it.

    When you receive the card, you must go to a PRU to activate it.

    Once activated, check that you have it installed on your computer.

What is the certificate for citizens and the self-employed?

While you use your handwritten signature and your physical identity document in person, our Citizen Certificate will allow you to complete these procedures in digital environments.

This is a digital credential that will identify you, allow you to give your consent, express your will or authorize, securely by electronic means.

This certificate is valid. 30 months and can be renewed online for another 30 months.
