You will be able to download the certificate in software by video identification or from your personal area (APSC).

Prepare your documentation
- The required documents vary depending on the type of entity. To know exactly what you need, check the detailed information according to the letter of your Tax ID (CIF). Having everything ready in advance will save you time.

Complete the online form
- Fill in all your details in our form as required. Don’t worry — the system will guide you step by step so you can upload the documentation you prepared in the previous step.

Make the payment
- The final step of the form is the payment for the certificate through our payment gateway. Note for public bodies: If you are a public entity, you have the option to request payment through a prior quote, which you can download online.

Registration and verification
- All set! Once submitted, we will register your request. The ISTEC-ACCV team will carefully review everything to verify that the documents are valid.

Missing something? (Correction)
- If we need to correct any information from your request or require additional documentation, we will contact you at the email you provided in the application form. Important! You will have 30 calendar days to respond. If we do not hear from you within that period, we will assume you wish to withdraw your request, and it will be closed without the right to reimbursement or any refund.

How long will it take?
- We normally process requests within a few hours, with a maximum of 5 working days. During high‑demand periods, this timeframe may exceptionally extend to up to 30 days.

Your resolution is ready!
- We will send you an email with your invoice and confirmation that you can now download your Representative Certificate. We will also include the steps that the certificate’s holder/custodian must follow to obtain it.

IMPORTANT! Don’t leave it for later!
- From the moment you receive our confirmation email, you have 60 calendar days to download your certificate. After that, the link will expire, you will not be able to download it, and you will need to start the process (and payment) from scratch.

Which certificate is of interest to your body?
If you want to act on behalf of your public entity as a legal entity that legally represents it, for example, before other Administrations, the certificate you are looking for is that of Representative of entity.
If you need to be identified as a natural person and your employment relationship with the public body for which you work is recognized, your certificate is Public Employee. This certificate does not allow you to represent the legal person.
Finally, if what you are looking for is to anonymize the identity of the employees of your public body, the certificate you are interested in is Public employee with pseudonym

Who can apply for certificates for the Public Administration
The certificate of Entity Representative can be requested, either by the same person who will be its holder, or by a contact person.

The Public Employee Certificate can only be applied for by a Corporate Manager (GESCO) of the requesting public body.
If your body does not have a GESCO enabled, send the registration form to gestioncerts@accv.es duly completed and digitally signed by a senior official of the company. Validate previously the document signature.

The Public Employee with pseudonym certificate can only be applied for by a Corporate Manager (GESCO) of the requesting public body.

Choose your certificate support
Cryptographic card support
The safest support. The certificate is born and dies inside the card, without the possibility of exporting it. You will need a card reader to use it on your computer. It is valid for 3 years and you can renew it online.
Request the certificate you need through the appropriate channel
You can request your Entity Representative certificate through our online store. If you choose software support, you will need to identify yourself with a personal ACCV certificate to complete the download. Get a free personal certificate by going to any registration point (PRU) of ACCV.
If you request the Certificate of Representative on a cryptographic card, you must go to the PRU to have the certificate activated on it.
Regarding Public employee or Public employee with certificates pseudonym, your Corporate Manager (GESCO) will have to process the application, both for software support and cryptographic card, through our portal Frontal Batch.
